Cancellations and Reschedules

When you book your lesson, you are holding a space on a calendar that is no longer available to other students. In order to be respectful of timely organisation, please contact me as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, I require that you flag it up 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another student access to that appointment time.

Please note that if it’s during the day time I might not be able to return calls as I’ll be teaching, however I will get back to texts and emails as soon as I can.

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a student misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, the full amount of the lesson must be charged as I cannot replace a space with short notice.
